1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyFaithWalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MyFaithWalk is a faith-based mobile application that provides daily devotionals, prayer tracking, journaling, guided breathing exercises, and an AI-powered chat companion. Some features are available for free, while others require a premium subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• MyFaithWalk offers a free 3-day trial of premium features for new users.
• Premium subscriptions are available as monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, in accordance with Apple refund policies.

4. Free Features

The following features are always free: daily devotionals, scripture reading, favorite verses, and prayer tracking. No subscription is required to access these core features.

5. AI Chat Companion

• The chat feature uses AI to provide faith-based guidance and encouragement.
• Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call your local emergency services.
• We do not store or log your chat conversations.

6. User Content

Journal entries, prayer requests, and other content you create within the app are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, collect, or store your personal content on our servers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the app, using the chat feature to generate harmful or inappropriate content, or interfering with the app functionality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyFaithWalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Devotional content and AI responses are for spiritual encouragement only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFaithWalk and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.
